This is probably the main one, if you can be happy with the way you look there is no need for botox or any other cosmetic surgery, the benefits of not having it far outweigh the benefits of having it.

A face lift can be a viable alternative to botox and will produce similar results however the cost is a lot more and the time of recovery can be up to a few months, basically a face lift involves pulling your facial skin back and pinning it behind your ears.
